Kitchen & Dining refurbishment & soundproofing
We've started by removing the wall that divided the kitchen and dining room in order to open up space. We then took everything apart and ripped out the floor to the bare joists, had to level all the joists by sistering them and redo the pipework. The major job has been done to professionally soundproof the sub-floor. We then laid the floating engineered oak flooring, custom made and installed Birch plywood kitchen including Formica laminated worktops and floating shelving, re-wired electrics, fitted new lighting, and finally decorated all.

Painting & Decorating
Right preparation is a key to deliver a professional finish!
We have used here a spraying technique to achieve superb finish to all the surfaces including the freshly mounted covings and center medallion.
Lefroy Brooks bathroom recondition
We've been called to eliminate the leak in the shower tray outlet, the water was penetrating thru to the kitchen ceiling situated right below the shower. The existing shower tray outlet was damaged, some floor tiles cracked and grouting really messy hence decision to replace the whole floor including re-tiling and installing new wet room kit.
We ripped out dampened floorboards and installed Hardiebacker fibre cement boards and wet-room kit, applied a waterproofing membrane and re-tiled the floor. We've also repaired all the messy grout on the wall tiles, installed control sensor to the fan and re-decorated all.
Finally, we were able to re-install Lefroy Brooks radiator, toilet and towel hanger.

Exterior
We've been called to recondition the facade of the house.
All thus has been water pressured from top to bottom, the woodwork sanded down and revarnished, all cracks and gaps between the wood and brickwork filled, window sills repaired and painted, brickwork partially repointed and soaked with masonry waterproofer, new fascia, soffits and gutters installed, and finally all doors and windows received fresh seals.
